| Yoga, the ancient practice of connecting Body, Mind and Spirit. Deirdre teaches a blend of Hatha Yoga. Moving the body in harmony with the breath, creating a sense of calmness in the mind. Her nurturing style allows the student to move safely into a place of personal exploration. She completed her 500 hour training under the auspices of the Vedantic Center and is a Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher. |
